The Nanyang Polytechnic Chinese Orchestra brings you a woodwind and percussion ensemble rendition of a Taiwanese blues melody (based on the folk tune Ti Or Or or <<天乌乌>>), and an orchestral delivery of Namdo Arirang (Korean folk) and Capriccio of the Sea (melodic Chinese music).
Beyond traditional Chinese orchestral pieces, the Nanyang Polytechnic Chinese Orchestra has, over the years, experimented with a diverse selection of western music, Asian pop and other genres, and has established various ensemble groups, such as a percussion ensemble and most recently, a guzheng ensemble.
