woke up at 5.30am to prepare for work.... (finally got work for me to do ).
I drank one cup of soya bean and went out for work.
On my way to mrt station , i went to seven eleven to buy chicken pie and drinks for my breakfast coz i know later go to work sure no time to go buy breakfast.
Becoz of this IDIOT chicken pie,make me suffer for the whole day!!!!!
My work was from 8am-5pm.... and during my work, i went to toilet to shit and vomit for 3-4 time!!
Due to this, i didn't able to eat any thing and make my body felt weak.
when to see doctor immediately when i reach home.
I kena scolded from the doctor coz he said i shouldn't go 7 eleven buy those things to eat for breakfast. He said that time he entered hospital also due to eating this kind of pie or puff that sold in 7 eleven.
So what lesson had i learn?

NEVER EVER BUY PIE/PUFF AT SEVEN ELEVEN!!!!!!!!
